How to Play HiLo
See the Starting Card
A card from a standard 52-card deck is dealt face up. This is your starting point for the round.
Predict Higher or Lower
Guess whether the next card will be higher or lower than the current card. You can also bet on "Same" for a 12x multiplier.
Build Your Streak
Each correct prediction increases your multiplier. You can keep guessing or cash out at any time to lock in your winnings.
Cash Out or Lose
A wrong guess ends the round and you lose your bet. Cash out after any correct guess to collect your accumulated multiplier.

How It Works
HiLo uses a provably fair virtual deck. Cards are ranked Ace (lowest) through King (highest), with suit being irrelevant. The probability of the next card being higher depends on the current card's rank: with a 3, there are 10 ranks higher out of 13, giving a 76.9% chance of "higher" winning.
Multipliers compound with each correct guess. The payout for each guess is 0.99 divided by the probability of that guess being correct. Stringing together multiple correct guesses creates multiplier chains that grow quickly, especially when betting against the odds.
Strategy Tips
Always pick the direction with the highest probability. If the current card is low (2-6), pick higher. If high (8-King), pick lower. Cards in the middle (7) are the riskiest. Cash out after 3-4 correct guesses to lock in profits.
Bet With the Odds
Always choose the higher-probability outcome. If the current card is a 3, bet "Higher" (76.9%). If it is a Queen, bet "Lower" (84.6%). This maximizes your chance of building long streaks.
Skip on 7s
When a 7 appears, Higher and Lower are nearly 50/50. This is the worst card for prediction. Consider cashing out if you already have a decent multiplier.
Target 3-5 Correct Guesses
Aiming for 3-5 correct predictions per round gives solid returns without excessive risk. Longer streaks are possible but each additional guess adds compounding risk.
Use Extreme Cards Aggressively
An Ace (bet Higher) or King (bet Lower) gives you 92.3% odds. These are your best opportunities to extend a streak safely.

HiLo has moderate variance since you control how many guesses to make. Bet 1-3% of your bankroll per round. If you are targeting long streaks (5+ guesses), reduce to 1% since the cumulative loss probability rises with each guess. Set a cashout rule before starting: always cash out after X correct guesses or when your multiplier reaches Y.
